We want products to arrive as described and work as expected. If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Items may need to be unused or in original condition, returned with original packaging and accessories, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be returnable, including used consumables, items damaged by misuse or incorrect installation, clearance items marked final sale, and products missing parts or accessories not caused by our error.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue. We may offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution after review.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider.
